Here’s another smoothie concoction I came up with today….this one has kinda like a tropical fruity flavor.
INGREDIENTS
2 pineapple rings plus 1/4 cup juice
1/4 cup vanilla yogurt
abt 1 cup milk
1 med banana
1/4 cup low-fat coconut milk (optional)
INSTRUCTIONS
put all ingredients in a large plastic cup or in your blender, mix and enjoy
