I love smoothies…I make myself one at least 3 days a week. They are great for breakfast or as a snack. Today I wanted something a little chocolaty so I used cocoa mix in my smoothie…turned out pretty yummy!
NOTE: You can use a regular blender to make your smoothie, but I prefer a wand blender because I can just dump everything right into my cup and blend without dirtying up a hard-to-clean blender. I also think it makes the smoothies have more body and reduces the foam you can get with a regular blender. Also, I use a large plastic cup to make my smoothies…probably about 2 cups in size.
INGREDIENTS:
1 heaping spoonful hot chocolate mix
1/2 cup french vanilla yogurt
1 cup milk
1 banana
INSTRUCTIONS:
put all your goodies into a big plastic cup (or your blender) and blend well, then drink up!
