The following recipe is my husband’s concoction… apparently he lived off this stuff when he was single.  Now, this is NOT something that anyone should eat on a regular basis but it’s okay on occasion. This is definitely not diet food!

INGREDIENTS (for 2 servings)

  • 1 pkg bacon, fried in skillet or baked on grill pan
  • 16 Cheddar & potato perogies (or other flavor you like), boiled
  • 3/4 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 tbsp sour cream
  • 1 chive, chopped

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. after you’ve boiled your perogies, put 8 each into a bowl and top with shredded cheese, sour cream, chives, and bacon (broken into bits)
