Tonight we enjoyed grilled tuna steaks with steamed potatoes and garlic broccoli… it was really tasty and  a nice light meal…. the kind we should be eating on a regular basis…

INGREDIENTS (for 2 people)

  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 2 cups frozen chopped broccoli
  • pam for sauteeing


  1. heat lightly oiled skillet and sautee the crushed garlic until just begins to turn golden
  2. add frozen broccoli pieces and mix well with the garlic
  3. cover with lid and cook until broccoli becomes tender – stir occasionally as needed
  4. serve with rice or potatoes and grilled fish or chicken
