Here’s a super easy recipe for banana pudding….it is best to let this sit in the fridge overnight before serving.

INGREDIENTS

  • 3 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1/2 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
  • 1 pkg instant vanilla pudding, prepared as directed on package
  • nilla wafers or graham crackers

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. prepare the vanilla pudding in a bowl and set aside
  2. line a small casserole dish with broken graham crackers or nilla wafers
  3. pour 1/2 pudding over crackers/wafers
  4. line bananas in dish and spread blueberries out
  5. top with rest of pudding and any left-over banana slices
  6. place in fridge to set overnight and serve with whipped cream or plain
