INGREDIENTS

  • 1 can black beans, drained (and washed if desired)
  • 1 large clove garlic, crushed
  • your favorite salsa
  • lowfat sour-cream
  • low-fat cheddar
  • lime juice
  • fajita wraps

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. heat the black beans and garlic in a pan until hot and bubbly
  2. put desired amount of beans, cheddar, sour cream, salsa and lemon juice on a wrap, roll up, and enjoy!
