Here’s a recipe for rice paper rolls – my hubby and I had these when a friend made them and they were delicious – she put something different in them than what this recipe calls for – honestly hers were much tastier — but… these aren’t terrible – I think some different filling would make it a lot better. They were fairly simple to make, just make sure you keep the rice paper rolls moist after assembly if you plan to eat them in their “natural” state (uncooked – which is the way they are traditionally eaten I think). I do like that they are healthy and are fairly low in fat.

    ground pork 1 lb
    carrots 9 oz
    rice paper 14 sheets
    cabbage half a head (600g)
    1 onion (4 oz)

put all ingredients other than rice paper in pan and cook until vegetables are tender. put 2-3 tbsp in wrap and roll up
